These exercises shock most people their first time through. Your body stores all kinds of shit in those tight muscles, and when you start letting go, stuff comes up. I've had clients burst into tears, uncontrollable laughter, or pure rage - sometimes all three in the same session. Others just feel weird and floaty for a few days after.
Start slow. Pay attention.
