The training begins at 11am Pacific Time on Saturday July 12, 2025, and continues for the next 4 weeks, plus a bonus meeting and session at the end, as a celebration.
Each week has a different morning and evening routine of Radical Undoing exercises, with precise instructions and video demonstrations, plus we'll meet live on Zoom twice each week throughout the 28 days, so you can get all your questions answered, and experience 8 full Radical Undoing sessions, customized to undo the chronic stress and tensions that drain your energy all day and all night.
