Live every day at 10AM Pacific // 1PM Eastern, April 1-30
End the fake suffering, come home to your body, and stop treating your life like a side quest, so you can live dangerously, suffer wisely, and enjoy intensely, no matter what bullshit life shovels your way...
One Month, 15–30 minutes a day.
A live, daily Summerland Radical Undoing training at 10AM Pacific that melts the chronic tension out of your system, kills the “is this all there is?” loop, and turns your real life back into an adventure you actually want to be here for.
Every day in April, at 10AM Pacific Time, we meet live on Zoom for 15–30 minutes.
You show up with whatever’s going on in your life: the job you hate, the relationship you’re not sure about, the late‑night doom‑scrolling, the “I’m getting older and still not where I thought I’d be” dread.
And we undo the tension and traumas out of your body in real time, on camera, together.
Don't worry. We're not getting into all the gooey, fake-ass woo woo, new age, or pop psychology and drug-dealing psychiatry nonsense. You'll get to experience a huge array of movements, tools, frameworks, adventures, and fun cognitive experiments to break out of the hellish snowglobe of the imagination and come back to reality.
You'll experience the powerful underground undoing work that has quietly kept misfits, programmers, artists, and “successful but secretly miserable” people from losing their minds for the last 15+ years.
“I’m constantly on the verge of tears... My chest feels like a revving engine burning energy, and I can’t sleep even when my mind isn’t obsessively thinking. I just want to quit everything and curl up in a ball.”
“I’m stuck in a loop of ‘What’s the point?’ I’m just going through the motions.”
“I put insane pressure on myself to perform, but it’s never enough. I’m terrified of failing, so I grind until I’m numb.”
“My body aches constantly. I’m running on 4 hours of sleep and 400 calories a day.”
“I feel like a zombie, like a member of the walking dead.”
This is for you if:
You feel like you’ve been floundering in chaos and using addictions for stability, even though you “know better.”
You’ve spent years striving and working and doing the inner work… and yet most days still feel like “is this really all there is?”
You can hold it together on the surface, but inside there’s this dark, closed‑heart, “what’s the point?” place that doesn’t go away.
You’re sick of being whipped around by life instead of actually participating in it.
You’ve read the books. You’ve done therapy. You’ve tried meditation, psychedelics, breathwork, biohacking, and all the usual suspects.
Maybe some of it helped, but I would bet you that none of it stuck for the long haul...
This training exists because the only thing that’s ever actually stuck; for everyone I've ever worked with; is daily, embodied, Command‑Z style undoing delivered in a way you can actually do before, during, and after a long, fucked up day.
“Chill in the face of intensity… that describes the Undoing.
My whole college experience was only possible through Radical Undoing. Plain and simple.
The intensity of speaking in front of a class could turn into a really gracious and funny moment…
I could see how I could start to participate in life instead of just getting whipped around by it.”
-Billy, North Carolina
“I was feeling super dark and my heart felt closed, but some part of me said: be strong, keep going…
It’s like my entire world is crumbling and there’s nowhere to stand and it’s terrifying.
But there’s also a growing faith in the benevolence of the world, and of God.
The exercises and activities have given me a purpose and focus that I’ve not had for a while.
I’ve often just floundered in the chaos and used addictions for stability.”
-Kai, California
“I had always been deeply unhappy working in an office, but couldn't see a way out.
The fear of ‘not surviving’ kept me in a job I hated.
After doing a bunch of Undoing with Command Z… some of the fear around making changes dropped away.
Staying at the job became too painful.
Undoing mutated my ongoing suffering into a severe allergic reaction that couldn't be ignored.”
-Andrew, UK
“The Daily call is like checking in with base camp and dropping some trash — sacrificing it to the Spirit of Adventure. That then becomes the fuel for the rest of the 24 hours of awesomeness.”
-Erik, Sweden
Each week has one clear theme, one simple message your body learns, and each day has one optional adventure to explore into your daily life.
Week 1: Thank God The Show Is Over
You finally stop pretending.
Undo the tension that keeps you performing a version of yourself you don’t even like.
Drop the “extra in your own movie” act and feel what it’s like to no longer be stuck in a life you complain about.
Optional adventures: tiny acts of non‑performance in public, ending one fake obligation, telling one honest truth.
Week 2: Come Home To The Body
Your nervous system becomes home base instead of a war zone.
Daily jaw, eyes, neck, spine, and breath sequences that convert chronic shoulder and jaw tension into a vibrant sense of freedom and authenticity.
You start sleeping differently, digesting differently, walking differently.
Optional adventures: tech‑free walks, “microscopic noticing” exercises, eating one meal with full attention.
Week 3: End The Fake Suffering Of The Mind
The mind stops being your abuser and becomes your tool.
Undo the addictive rumination loops: “is this all there is?”, “I’m behind”, “I blew it”, “I’m too old.”
Discover how to let dark thoughts and feelings transmute into fuel instead of evidence that you’re broken.
Optional adventures: turning one recurring mental torture into a game; writing letters you never send; “two‑minute exposure” to things you usually avoid.
Week 4: Embrace The Neverending Adventure
You don’t “fix” your life. You finally start living it.
Lock in a baseline of deep relaxation and mental alertness that doesn’t vanish the second life hits you.
Learn to navigate your days like the main character in a game, not an NPC running canned scripts for other people.
Optional adventures: saying yes to something that scares you in a good way; saying no to something that drains you; designing your own “quest.”
Final days: Culmination
The last few days of April focus on:
Cementing your personal daily sequence you can keep doing after the live calls.
Spotting the 1–3 big lies you’ve been living under and cutting their strings.
Choosing what you want May and the rest of this year to look like (including the option to continue training).
What each day looks like (practical):
Every session is 15–30 minutes, live at 10AM Pacific:
(We can sometimes go longer for questions and discussions)
2–5 minutes: check‑in on the theme and what’s been happening in your day.
10–20 minutes: guided undoing practice (breath, positions, tensions, releases).
3–5 minutes: simple instructions for an optional adventure over the next 24 hours.
Can’t make it live every day?
All sessions are recorded.
You get access to the replays for at least 60 days.
You can stay on the “previous day’s” practice as long as you need.
Confusion and discomfort turn into curiosity and satisfied excitement.
Chronic tension in shoulders, jaw, and gut melts and gets replaced by a weird, quiet sense of freedom.
Deep relaxation and mental alertness at the same time.
Feeling grounded and confident in your body, even when everything around you is chaotic.
Deeper sleep, less mental chatter, more focused awareness.
Decisions no longer guided by fear by default.
A hell of a lot more laughter. (Minimum 65% more laughter)
Using your own body and mind as the primary source of insight, guidance, and entertainment in your life.
Realizing that all your deepest, darkest moments are actually fuel and force behind your future adventures, and cultivating a sense of wonder and appreciation every day.
You’ve spent years building walls just to make it through the day. That armor helped once, but now it’s squeezing the life out of you.
With Radical Undoing, you finally get to drop the bullshit, strip away the layers, and feel what’s underneath:::all the stuff you’ve been running from.
This is how you stop surviving and actually start living.
You’ll experience simple and profound ways to use your breath and body to flip the switch in your nervous system, so you can finally relax, let go of stress, and feel like yourself again.
We target the “rest and digest” part of your wiring, the same system that calms your heart, settles your gut, and tells your whole body it’s safe to let go.
When you breathe and move this way, it’s like sending a signal to every part of you: “Hey, you can stop fighting. You can actually rest now.”
Forget sitting around talking in circles about your problems. You’re going to get your hands dirty—pulling faces, making weird sounds, and doing drills that actually shake the tension loose.
The “Ah” breath and a suite of undoing moves cut through the panic and autopilot, snapping you out of fight-or-flight and dropping you straight into the here and now.
You won’t have to wonder if it’s working:::you’ll feel it hit, right down to your bones, almost immediately
Here’s what all that weird face-pulling, “Ah” breathing, and undoing work actually gets you:
You stop dragging your old stress and panic into every damn thing you do.
You walk into work or a tough conversation and, instead of clenching up and snapping at people (or shutting down completely), you catch yourself, breathe, and let the tension drop.
You notice when your jaw’s locked or your shoulders are up by your ears:::then you do something about it, right there, instead of carrying it around all day.
You don’t lose your shit over small stuff.
You sleep better, eat better, and actually enjoy being in your own skin. The stuff that used to send you spiraling? Now it barely registers. You move through your day grounded, awake, and actually present for your own life.
Summerland Founders April Daily Training Special:
I've charged up to $4997 for 30 day trainings like this in the past. We're gonna be covering so much ground, and giving you the exact tools you need to start accessing and living up to your true potential, it's gonna be crazy to look back and see all that's changed.
But for this month, because I want you to experience for yourself the goodness and power of this work when you do the training consistently every single day, I've lowered the rates to the bare minimum:::
For Just $197, you get:
30 live daily sessions (10AM Pacific time) every day in April.
Replays for at least 60 days.
Optional adventures and experiments to plug into your real life.
A group celebration call after the training to integrate and decide your next steps.
(Spots are limited so I can connect with you and keep this intimate to help you tackle your toughest challenges)
What if I can’t make it live every night at 7PM CET?
Replays are available. You can stay one or more days behind and still get full benefit, this is daily training for your body and nervous system, not a school where you get punished for missing class.
Is this therapy, coaching, or spiritual teaching?
No. This is body‑first undoing work. It will impact your emotions, thoughts, and all aspects of your life, but it’s not therapy, diagnosis, or spiritual enlightenment.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
No. Everything is designed to be done in a normal room, at a normal level of mobility. If you can sit, stand, and lie down, you can do this.
Will there be a chance to go deeper 1:1 or in smaller groups?
Yes. Near the end of the month there will be an invite‑only option for people who want focused, deeper work. You don’t have to decide that now.
“My life was a sort of unconscious roller coaster on rails… I was just getting grades, striving higher and higher up the ladder of academia. I found myself disconnected from what drives me at all.”
-Edwin Peguero
“Before, it was more like an unconscious reaction. I’d think about it later and realize I probably do have a little bit more control over that, but it was always after the fact. So it was kind of just like walking around a little bit unsure of yourself, almost scared of myself about how I would react…”
-Robert Zaremba
“I just started realizing that I actually have a physical body. Previously, I knew I had one, but I think I knew that conceptually… There was this aha moment around letting go—how much I was trying to control.”
-Nikolai
“With the intensive, I was just blown away by it. A lot of concepts that I knew intellectually, I just embodied them physically. They weren’t really a mental idea or something—they just became more physical realities for me.”
-Daril
“There’s a little bit of a gap where I can kind of, instead of just reacting to things… I have that moment in between. Sometimes I can almost see where it’s developing in my body and slow it down and realize, first of all, I’m labeling it as anger. It could actually be something I can channel to something more useful.”
-Robert Zaremba
“What is fear? Fear is just bodily sensation. What are you feeling? And I was like, ‘Holy Fuck, that’s right.’ There’s some bodily sensation that started coming up that my mind registered as the emotion of fear. And now, any time that bodily sensation happens, the fear comes up and then I’m scared, but it’s just bodily sensation.”
-Nikolai
“After doing those [Radical Undoing] for a month or two, something was actually gone. There was a real result there… nothing comes close to this level of intensity.”
-Nathan Woods
“After starting Undoing, I feel a sort of transformation happening… moments in my life that I wouldn’t have had before are just happening by themselves. It’s a lot less stressful. It’s a bit scarier in a way because it’s like letting go of control, but there’s also relief—at least I don’t have to figure it all out.”
-Edwin Peguero
“That compulsion to prove myself is gradually dropping away… it’s like being decoupled from sexuality, so it’s just naturally becoming less stressful.”
-Edwin Peguero
“I have no doubts about the rightness for me of the things that I’m doing… I’m enjoying doing all those things more than I ever have.”
-Nathan Woods
“Being in a group, even in different countries, there was a sense of supporting each other, and it just made it so much easier to get through the sticking points. There was a real group energy and mutual support.”
-Diarmid B
“You can’t unring this bell… there’s no going back. There’s no off switch for this one. You’re in it.”
-Nathan Woods
“Now I feel like I’m at the beginning stage of life again, and every month, week, day could be the same thing… Life is an adventure, and the ordinary world is only ordinary because we make it so.”
-Robert Zaremba
“You’re literally helping restructure your brain in an organic way; no crazy side effects, nothing like that. You’re just going to be a better person overall at the end of it, for yourself and for other people around you.”
—Robert Zaremba
